5. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

• Dispatch Time: Expect orders to be dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery Time: Delivery timelines vary based on location. Delays may occur due to factors like weather or courier challenges.
• Temperature Advisory: During warmer months, chocolates may soften or slightly melt despite our best packaging efforts. Unfortunately, this may limit our ability to issue refunds in such cases.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Perishable Goods Policy: As perishable items, all sales are final. We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• Damages or Mistakes: If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
